Program Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Technologies program is designed to prepare students for the manufacturing industry and includes a focus on: Manufacturing Process Design and Development, Production, Supply Chain Logistics, Safety & Environment and Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement. The Manufacturing Engineering Technologies program aligns to national standards for the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. Course content also aligns with the standards outlined in the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS). The focus is on applying lean methodology and tools to effectively implement continuous improvement for success in a global, competitive business environment.
