Maryland State Law requires CCPS to publish notices of procurements and procurement awards on eMaryland Marketplace (eMM). The requirement extends only to contracts procured through competitive sealed bidding, competitive sealed proposals and noncompetitive negotiations, and to procurements whose value equals or exceeds that for State of Maryland contracts that must be published on eMM.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) # TP-1718
Trophies and Plaques

The purpose of this RFP is to request sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors/Proposers to furnish and deliver quality trophies, plaques and other award ceremony products on an “as needed basis”. The items will be used as awards for various K-12 athletics and academics competitions, as well as, recognition for students and staff for length of service and other ceremonies as determined by CCPS. The Contract period shall be for one (1) year with options to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

Southern Maryland Cooperative Purchasing Committee (SMCPC) is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offeror/Proposer(s) to provide 403(b) Administrative and Record Keeping Services to Charles County Public Schools and St. Mary’s County Public Schools

Offeror/Proposer shall provide services in accordance with the scope of services identified in the Statement of Work. The Contract period shall be for five (5) years with the option to renew for five (5) additional years.

Higdon Stormwater Pond Management and Repairs

           Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit:                  May 21, 2018, 10 a.m., Local Time

The CCPS is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to perform repairs to the stormwater management pond at Dr. Thomas L. Higdon Elementary School. The successful Bidder(s) shall also provide ongoing repairs to stormwater devices and structures on an “as-needed basis” throughout the CCPS system. The task order Contract period shall be for one (1) year with options to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit:  All interested parties shall congregate at Dr. Thomas L. Higdon Elementary School, 12872 Rock Point Road, Newburg, MD 20664 on May 21, 2018 at 10 A.M. for a Mandatory Site Visit and Pre-Bid Conference.
