Healthy Families Charles County

• Serves teen parents and first-time mothers residing in Charles County. It offers supportive services to new parents as they experience the day-to-day challenges that come with pregnancy and the birth of a new baby. The program seeks to form partnerships with moms beginning with pregnancy through preschool.
