Henry E. Lackey High School

Career Center

Career Centers provide high school students with one-on-one assistance in examining career goals and objectives. Career Center coordinators help students analyze occupational information and labor market trends as they relate to each student's career interests. They also help students develop a career plan. Career Centers provide information on different occupations, businesses, job requirements, colleges, scholarships, and professional school opportunities.

The Career Center produces a monthly newsletter with a lot of information for all students. Not only does it list important dates, but it also provides a list of scholarship opportunities. Previous copies of the newsletter can be found in the Career Center newsletter archives.
