Swim Lessons
We are currently taking registrations for Winter Swim Lessons.  Sessions consist of eight 35 minute classes with various levels for all ages and abilities. Each session cost $50.00. Winter lessons will be offered at the Indoor Community Pools at both Lackey and North Point High Schools. Visit our web site at www.charlescounty.org/cs for lesson times and descriptions. Water Aerobics
Group exercise classes held in the comfort of water. Classes are low-impact with emphasis on stretching, cardiovascular, and resistance exercises. Participants will perform exercises using the natural resistance of water with various pieces of equipment. Participants do not need to know how to swim, but they should be comfortable in the water. Class offerings will vary by instructor to meet the needs of participants in the class. Class day and times will vary by month and participant numbers may be limited due to pool availability.
