Application
If you are new to Charles County and
did not have the opportunity to apply to North Point as an eighth
grader, you may apply. However most programs have very long waiting
lists and the chances of an opening occurring are unfortunately
remote. If you still wish to obtain an application, you may request
an application packet from Mrs. Higdon, Admissions Officer. She
is available between 7:30am and 3:00pm at the school or can be reached
by email at jhigdon@ccboe.com.
Mrs. Higdon will process your application and contact you for an
interview if an opening occurs. Application to North Point’s
science, technology and industry programs may be done by
students who are residents of Charles County.
Tours
Mrs. Higdon conducts tours of North Point once
a month throughout the school year from 3:15 to 3:45
pm for interested community members. Tours will be held
April 14, May 12, June 9, August 11. You must reserve
a tour spot. Call Mrs. Higdon at 301-753-1759.
