Build a Dream Foundation

The "Build a Dream Foundations" is a group of local business leaders and educators that share a passion for helping Charles County students pursue a career in the construction industry. The "Build a Dream Foundation" provides direct assistance to teachers and students at the STI program located at North Point High School for Science and Technology located on Davis Road, Waldorf, Md. Each year the students design and begin construction of a new home. This initiative enables these young people to gain invaluable experience in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, drafting, and electrical career fields. Many of our students have moved on to very successful careers in the building trades. We want to insure that this foundations and its home building project continue to experience success. Local business support is essential to this end.

Our foundation is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization with the purpose of helping students seek a worthwhile and meaningful career. All donations or contributions are tax deductible.
