Homecoming Dance 2008 | Powder Puff Football
Meetings are open to all students and will
normally be held at 7:30 a.m. in room 343. Everyone is invited to
attend. We have two types of meetings: open planning meetings and
working meetings.
Schedule of open meeting dates(planning and discussing 7:30 am): September 30th and October 7th, 21st
Schedule of work sessions (poster making, homecoming prep, etc. 7:30am
and 3:00pm): October 2nd, 9th, 16st, 23rd
Dates for future meetings will be posted at a later date or check
the official SGA website.
The SGA’s main goal for the 08-09 school year is to satisfy
the needs of our fellow EAGLES. We will host school-wide events such
as Homecoming, Pep Rally, Spirit week, End of the Year Carnival and
much more. We will also be involved with community efforts to improve
our community such as holding food drives, fundraising for charities,
Senior Citizens’ Prom and many other activities to improve our
school community and outside community.
We are looking for new members who are dedicated and willing to work
and act in sync with other members. Team work is what makes success
and that is what we are heading towards; SUCCESS! Our open meetings
will provide an open environment for all members to express their
ideas and thoughts with the rest of the SGA members and officers.
Open meetings are open to everyone. We hope to see you there!!!
There are multiple ways to join the SGA here at North Point. We will
have applications available at freshman orientation on August 21st
at 6:30 in the Gym, will also have copies in the main office and on
the door of room 343 for anyone to pick up; the applications will
not decide whether you are able to be part of the SGA they for information
purpose only so that we can better accommodate you and the rest of
the school.
