Principal's Corner

Dear Mustang Families,

Welcome to J.C. Parks Elementary School where "Parks Pride Makes a Difference". We look forward to a school year filled with exciting activities and academic growth and achievements. Our school community continuously strives to make J.C. Parks a school of excellence, and this is reflective in the many things we do. Our students are actively involved in Math Teams, Reading Clubs, Drug Free Clubs, Patrols, and other enriching extra-curricular activities. We have been recognized as a PBIS Exemplar School for four consecutive years by the Maryland State Department of Education.

We have an active P.T.O. that promotes community involvement and works diligently to provide and support the academic and creative talents of our students. You are welcome to join in the many activities planned for this year, as well as to attend monthly meetings held on the first Monday of each month at 7:00pm.

J.C. Parks Elementary is a great place for children to learn and grow academically and socially. Our "Parks Pride" does make a difference in their young lives!
