Principal's Message

LynneArnoldFORWEBEvelyn Arnold
Welcome to the Robert D. Stethem Educational Center website! I am pleased to be the principal of non-traditional education program offerings for Charles County Public Schools helping every student realize his or her talents and experience success in school.  Every student is treated as an individual and our staff embrace the philosophy that all students do not learn in the same way.  We offer several non-traditional education models to include the Virtual Academy, Opt-In program, Career Technology Education (CTE) programs, Adult Independence Program (AIP), and students that are placed through the hearing process. Our staff is proud of our programs and they work tirelessly to ensure success.  It is the place to realize talents and make goals a reality!
