Implementation Plan 1. Master Scheduling over Summer. Students who have achieved proficiency would be moved into appropriate math class. 2. Teachers will meet quarterly for two days to review student work samples, VSC curriculum, and test data. 3. ILT team will review data warehouse throughout each quarter with teachers. 4. 4. Instructional assistants will be placed in classes intensively in developmental language arts classes. 5. Provide extended day program invitations to students.
7. Training will take place during first weeks of school from inclusion team. Follow-up will continue throughout school year. 8. School will provide time for teachers to observe others within or outside of Smallwood Middle who have effectively mastered the VSC. Feedback will be shared either with mentor teacher or at department meetings. 9. A variety of methods and materials will be utilized, including Kagan strategies, Flexible grouping, etc. Project-based assessments. Shared-inquiry 10.
