The mission of the Thomas Stone High School Business Education Department is to prepare our students to become productive citizens in a global society by providing essential tools in a supportive environment.

Those tools include, but are not limited to, the following;

Basic Skills: reading, writing, math and computer technology.

Critical Thinking: reasoning, problem-solving, goal setting and conflict resolution

Soft Skills: initiative, responsibility, business ethics, and leadership

The Business Education Department offers a variety of classes to prepare students for the ever-changing global economy.
