Classroom Rules, Grading and Behavior Policy

Classroom Rules

* Students must show the the 3 R's (Respect, Responsibility and the Right to Learn) at all times.
* Students  will raise their hand when answering or asking a question.
*Students will keep their hands, feet, and belongings to themselves.
* Students will be prepared for class.


Grading Policy

The students will be graded on a 10 point grading system. 

100%-90% = A
89%-80% = B
79%-70% = C
69%-60% =D
59%-0%= E



Behavior Policy

Each fourth grade teacher will have their class follow a behavior policy.  Every day the students will be graded on their behavior using a card system.  If the students do not have to change their card, then they earn a 100% for the day and will receive a classroom incentive.  Below you will see the what grade consequence each card/color represents.

100%	A +	Excellent Day /no card change
80 %	B	-5 mins of recess
70%	C	-10 mins of recess
60%	D	Note or call home -15 mins
50%	E	Referral to the office
