Homework Policy




Students will have homework every night.   Below you will find a brief overlook for the homework scheduling and expectations.  Homework is usually posted at the beginning of the week at school. Students will be required to write their homework down on Mondays or the first day of the week.

Students will be required to read for 15 minutes every night.  They will have to record what they read in their reading log and get it signed by their parents each night as well.

On Monday nights, students will have Math and Reading homework.

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, students will have Reading, Math, and Spelling homework.

Every Friday or the last day of the week, students will have a spelling/vocabulary test.  I would like to encourage students to study their words every night.

Each week students will also be quizzed on their Math facts.
