Highly motivated, experienced teacher of six years who has taught all subject areas at the elementary level.  Certified from Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade enables me to instruct at many different levels.  Demonstrates a particular strength and interest in the integration of technology into the classroom.

·       Attended Oppositional Defiant Disorder Conference and presented information to faculty and staff

·       In-serviced faculty and staff on Microsoft Word, Power Point, and creating class websites; developed reference/user manual for these programs

·       Created a “Understanding” Power Point presentation for teachers based on Wiggins and McTighe’s book Understanding By Design

·       Developed lessons incorporating  Web Quests, Hot Lists,  Word Processing and Power Point

·       Organized Awards Assembly and Student of the Month programs, created “Back to School Night” and PTA Power Point presentations

·      Created web quests, treasure hunts and hot lists for various topics
