Casseroles

 

Chicken & Cheese Casserole:

 

Cook 2 or 3 chicken breasts in the oven for 25 mins. or so on 350.  (I will cook like 5 or 6 chicken breasts at one time & then just keep them in the fridge until I'm ready to use them)  Cut up cooked chicken into bite sized pieces.  Mix in a large bowl the following:  chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, salt/pepper, 1 box of cooked noodles (I like the farfalle/bowtie ones, but it makes no difference) . Stir up well & transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle w/ shredded cheese on top (any kind).  Bake covered w/ foil for 45 mins. at 350.

 

 

Pasta Bake Casserole:

 

Cook 1 lb of ground beef.  Drain.  Mix in large bowl with 1 box of cooked rigatoni or rotini noodles (or any kind really), 3/4 jar of spaghetti sauce & shredded pizza cheese.  Transfer to baking dish & top w/ more cheese.  (Can you tell I like cheese?)  Bake covered at 350 for 1/2 hour to 45 mins. or until cheese is melted.
