Advanced Art
The Advanced Art course is designed for students interested in building a portfolio. Students will produce original artwork in a variety of media. Students will also be encouraged to develop a specialization in a media of their choice

Advanced Placement Art History
This course is designed for students who wish to prepare to take the national Advanced Placement Examination in Art History to earn college credit. Instruction provides an introductory understanding of architecture, sculpture, painting, and other art forms within diverse historical cultural contexts. Students examine major forms of artistic expression from the past and present across cultures. Students will develop aesthetic appreciation for various art forms and the ability to view art critically and analytically.
