CCPS looking for parent, community volunteers to review testing plans

Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is looking for parent and community volunteers to serve on the school system’s District Committee on Assessment.

Meeting dates are Feb. 22; March 28; April 18; May 2; and May 25.

Below are topics for each meeting.

  • Meeting 1 – Section 7-203 of the Education Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, previous recommendations, College and Career Readiness (CCR), Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program (MCAP) and CCPS common assessments.
