Draft Blueprint plan posted on CCPS website, system seeks community feedback

Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) draft Blueprint for Maryland’s Future initial implementation plan is available for public review on the school system website, www.ccboe.com.

The draft plan, shared by CCPS to the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and the Accountability and Implementation Board (AIB), includes the school system’s response to 164 question prompts covering the five pillars included in the Blueprint. The pillars are:

  • Early Childhood Education.
  • High Quality and Diverse Teachers and Leaders.
  • College and Career Readiness (CCR).
  • More Resources to Ensure All Students are Successful.
  • Governance and Accountability.

Click here to complete a survey about the draft plan. The deadline to provide survey feedback is 11:59 p.m., Friday, April 14.

The plan is under review by MSDE and the AIB. CCPS will make revisions to the plan through May 2023 based on feedback.
