Special Education Department to hold virtual discussions

Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) special education department is hosting virtual discussions next month. Tia McKinnon, Ed.D., director of special education, will meet with families of CCPS students with disabilities to talk about what is working in CCPS regarding the specialized services it provides to differently abled students. Participants will also discuss opportunities for growth in the special education department.

McKinnon will hold three virtual meetings from 6 to 7 p.m. next month on Feb. 3, Feb. 7 and Feb. 22. Parents and guardians who are interested in the Listen and Learn with Dr. McKinnon, click here.

The discussions are intended to engage with families, but all interested members of the CCPS community are welcome.
