During the event, Navarro will provide a short presentation on the state of the school system and the Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) strategic plan. The 2025-2029 strategic plan includes four focal areas: student achievement and ensuring students are college and career ready; supporting safe and inclusive learning environments; employee recruitment and retention; and strengthening family and community engagement.

Participants will be able to ask questions and share feedback live or in the Zoom chat. The event will also livestream on the CCPS website at www.ccboe.com. Viewers following the event on the CCPS website do not need to join the Zoom unless they want to ask questions or provide feedback. A Spanish interpreter will be present.

A recording of the event and the presentation Navarro will share will be posted on the CCPS website at www.ccboe.com following the event.
