Proposed new resource for Academy of Health Professions Program at North Point High School

A new curriculum resource for the Academy of Health Professions Program at North Point High School is being proposed by a Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) committee made up of staff, industry representatives, parents and students. If approved, the resource will be used starting in the 2025-2026 school year.

The Board of Education is reviewing the book and will act on the proposal at its June 23 work session.

The textbook online for review is the ninth edition. CCPS is planning to use the 10th edition, however this version has not yet been released as of mid-June. A transition guide from the ninth to 10th edition is available below.
