To receive an email response from AskCCPS and to access "Check Ticket Status", you must provide a valid email address. CCPS students submitting questions should not use firstname.lastname@example.org, it is not a valid email address.

To ask a question, click the blue button, “Open a New Ticket.” Fill out the contact information, select a Help Topic, complete the required fields and click "Create Ticket" to submit your question. To check on the status of your question, click the green “Check Ticket Status.”
