Kristine Tillotson Coordinates all internal and external audits with agencies such as Maryland State Department of Education, State Construction, the Office of Legislative Audits, and our Internal Audit Consultant firm. Conducts independent payroll reviews, school site reviews, internal audits and other audit projects as needed. Plans and conducts semi-annual Audit Committee meetings. Monitors and reconciles Capital Improvement Program project budgets and expenditures. Prepares monthly State and County Capital Improvement Program reimbursement requests. Prepares all year-end construction reports for audit and reconciles all completed projects with the Fixed Asset Analyst. |
