The Special Education Citizens Advisory Committee (SECAC) brings together parents, community partners, service providers, and school administrators to provide meaningful input to the Director of Special Education. The committee serves as a collaborative forum to discuss local issues that affect the delivery of a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) and support the success of students with disabilities.
