Review the descriptions of the different types of Transportation Help Tickets to ensure that your request is processed as effectively and efficiently as possible.  Please allow at least 5 business days for a Transportation Supervisor to respond to your request.  

** Attention! – Special Education Transportation **

If your student receives special education transportation through the IEP process, do not submit information through this online ticket portal.  You must address any issues regarding transportation through the IEP facilitator at your student’s school. For more information, visit the Special Education Transport page or the CCPS Special Education Department website.

Transportation Help Ticket Topics

  1. Bus Change Request: Select this ticket if your student requires transportation from a location other than your permanent address (AM, PM, or both).  Reminder: The requested address of the before/aftercare must be located within your student’s assigned school zone to be eligible for transportation.  Do not use this ticket for short-term situations- in those instances, you should obtain a bus pass from school administrators.
  2. Bus Stop Concern: Select this ticket if your address is eligible for transportation, but no stop exists, or your address has a stop, but there is a problem with that stop (safety, location, etc.).
  3. Bus Driver Compliment or Concern: Select this ticket if you would like to share a compliment about your student’s bus driver, or if you have a concern about your student’s bus driver.
