The Benefits team collaborates with employees, retirees and others to assure that selected Health and Retirement Plans and services are responsive to our employee’s needs.   We are here to communicate both Health and Retirement benefits information to employees, retirees and their dependents which enables them to tailor coverage to meet their needs.  We are here to assist employees, retirees, and dependents in their efforts to resolve benefit problems with external providers.   Coordinate health and fitness programs and activities that improve employee health and promote well-being.  Provide educational information to prepare employees for Retirement.  As well as provide sound fiscal and contract management of benefits programs.
