Maryland State Law requires CCPS to publish notices of procurements and procurement awards on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA). The requirement extends only to contracts procured through competitive sealed bidding, competitive sealed proposals and noncompetitive negotiations, and to procurements whose value equals or exceeds that for State of Maryland contracts that must be published on eMMA.

INVITATION TO BID (ITB) SSF-1920R, “Safety and Security Fencing & Panic Bar Gates”(Rebid)_

The purpose of this Multi-Step Sealed (two-step) ITB is to request sealed bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to furnish and install rod iron-style fencing and some chain link fending, along with heavy-duty manufactured gates (see Exhibit 2 – [Samples: IMGS #s 4919-4922]) that can effectively function with an exterior panic bar at three (3) CCPS schools (Paul Barnhart Elementary School, Arthur Middleton Elementary School and J.C. Parks Elementary School).

INVITATION TO BID (ITB) # FSMCR-1920 “Fuel System Maintenance, Cleaning and Fuel Oil Tank Replacements”

The purpose of this ITB is to seek bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to provide a provide fuel system maintenance, cleaning and fuel oil tank and components replacements on an “on-call, as needed basis.  The resulting contract(s) shall be for one (1) year with options to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
