Maryland State Law requires CCPS to publish notices of procurements and procurement awards on eMaryland Marketplace (eMM). The requirement extends only to contracts procured through competitive sealed bidding, competitive sealed proposals and noncompetitive negotiations, and to procurements whose value equals or exceeds that for State of Maryland contracts that must be published on eMM.

CCPS is seeking sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to furnish and install supply two (2) new boilers which will provide heating for the entire Maurice J. McDonough High School.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) # ERPSI-1819, “Enterprise Resource Planning Solution and Implementation Services”

Qualified firms are invited and encouraged to submit competitive, sealed proposals to CCPS for purchase of a cloud or hosted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. CCPS requires that any proposal for an ERP solution also include professional services necessary to implement the solution. The functional scope for this project includes the following major functional areas: general ledger accounting, budgeting, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, capital asset accounting, grant management, human resources, payroll, and benefits management.  A more detailed list of sub-processes covered within the project scope is included in the Attachments.

The Contract period shall be for ten (10) Years with renewal options annually.

The Charles County Public Schools, La Plata, Maryland, requests sealed bids for the Benjamin Stoddert Middle School Renovations/Addition.  Sealed bids will be received at the Charles County Public Schools Annex 1, 2nd Floor Room # 206, 5985 Radio Station Road in La Plata, Maryland until 2 P.M. – Local Time – July 10, 2019, Local Time.  Bid documents will be available starting June 5, 2019.  Pre-Qualified Bidders may secure contract documents, including construction plans and specifications in digital format, from CCPS Dept. of Planning and Construction, Annex 1, 5985 Radio Station Road, La Plata, MD at the cost of $250 per set (non-refundable).  Prospective Bidders must be Pre-qualified in order to bid on the project.

Prevailing wages are applicable to this project.  The Bidder shall submit with its bid a completed Certified MBE Utilization & Fair Solicitation Affidavit that the bidder specific commitment of certified minority businesses s and certifies it made good faith effort to achieve the goal established in the Bid.

Prospective bidders must assemble at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School, 2040 St. Thomas Drive, Waldorf, Maryland on June 12, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. for a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference. It is MANDATORY that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference and site visit.
