Creativity can’t be dampened and that’s proven by the collection of art produced so far this school year by Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) students at the elementary, middle and high school levels.

The second quarter art show highlights the work students put into creative pursuits. While it couldn’t be held in person this year, the art show must go on with CCPS staff coordinating a virtual art show for students.

As you scroll through, consider a student’s deliberate choices of color, structure, subject and perspective, but more importantly, recognize and appreciate the heart and energy engrained into these works. Each piece reflects the perspective of a unique spirit embarking on a journey to make sense of life and the world.

When you click on the hyperlinked school level, the presentation will open. Each presentation is set for an autoplay loop of 20 seconds for each slide. If you want to change the length of the autoplay loop select the settings button/gear in the bottom right corner and change the time, or you can enjoy the exhibit at your own pace by using your mouse, scroll through. If you are using a smart device (phone/tablet/etc.) for best viewing, hold your device horizontally/wide view.
