Mrs. Robinson-Taylor was named principal at Billingsley Elementary School in 2019. Prior to Mitchell, she served as principal at Walter J. Mitchell Elementary School for four and a half years and Arthur Middleton Elementary School for four years. Mrs. Robinson-Taylor began her career in education as an elementary teacher in 1994 in Prince George's County, Maryland. She began her career with Charles County Public Schools in 1999, and served as vice principal of Mary H. Matula and T.C. Martin elementary schools. Robinson-Taylor also served as principal at T.C. Martin for several years.

Robinson-Taylor is a New York City native and completed her undergraduate studies at both Hofstra University in New York and Bowie State University in Maryland. She also holds a master's degree in educational administration from Bowie State University.

Mr. Hoffman was named vice principal of Billingsley Elementary School in 2019.  Prior to Billingsley, Hoffman was vice principal of Daniel of St. Thomas Jenifer for three years. Before moving to Jenifer Elementary, he was the Learning Resource Teacher at Dr. Brown Elementary for two years and taught at William A. Diggs Elementary for eight years. Mr. Hoffman started teaching at Diggs Elementary in 2006 after moving to Charles County from outside of Philadelphia. Additionally, Mr. Hoffman was the Summer Enrichment Camp Coordinator for Charles County in 2016.

Mr. Hoffman has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Penn State University and a master's degree in leadership from McDaniel College.
