AP/CTE Reimbursement
 
 
AP reimbursement forms need to be submitted to NPHS by September 30, 2021.  A copy of your score report must be attached with the Reimbursement form. 
 
Please select one of the following ways to submit your completed AP reimbursement form:
 
  • Mail to NPHS Attention: Mrs. Parker, 2500 Davis Road, Waldorf, MD 20603

  • Drop off at the main office Monday - Thursday between 8 am - 2 pm.
